USA Home Pros provides a lead matching and marketing platform that connects consumers with independent third-party service providers (“Service Providers”). We do not perform home improvement services and are not a contractor, broker, or agent for any Service Provider unless expressly stated.
By submitting your information through our forms, you authorize Netnexa/USA Home Pros to use the information you provide to:
contact you regarding your request; and/or
share your information with trusted third parties and Service Providers who may contact you about your requested services, quotes, or related offers.
We may also share information with vendors who help us operate the Site (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, and CRM providers).
By providing your phone number and/or email address and submitting a form, you expressly consent to receive communications from Netnexa, doing business as USA Home Pros, and our marketing partners and Service Providers, including via:

for purposes related to your request, service updates, appointment coordination, and promotional offers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers and message providers are not responsible for any message delays, failures, or errors.

Submitting your information does not guarantee that:
you will be matched with a Service Provider,
a Service Provider will contact you, or
you will receive pricing, offers, or availability meeting your needs.
Service Providers set their own pricing, terms, and availability. We do not guarantee quotes, pricing, quality, scheduling, or outcomes.
Service Providers are independent third parties and are not our employees or agents. Any agreement you enter into with a Service Provider is solely between you and that Service Provider. You are responsible for verifying licenses, insurance, references, and suitability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netnexa/USA Home Pros is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, communications, or performance of third parties.
You agree not to:
misuse the Site or attempt to interfere with its operation,
submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information,
attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, or
use the Site in violation of any applicable law.
We may suspend or block access to the Site at any time for any reason.
All Site content (including text, graphics, logos, and images) is owned by Netnexa/USA Home Pros or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETNEXA/USA HOME PROS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Netnexa/USA Home Pros and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
